Why This Need to be Read:It story is actually created for me by the logicgunn to own SGA Wonders Santa this current year, and also the characterization try perfection. This really is an effective combining I’ve long enrolled in for the ficathons, however, failed to expect to discover, because– Well, where’s the fresh canon reason for it? logicgunn glides perfectly towards the canon, incisions into it, spots which piece seamlessly, and gift ideas united states toward logical end to “you will find an alien woman are requested carefully of the IOA and you will Vala hears about it.”
We have much time considered that Vala and you can Teyla, women that enjoys upended the whole existences in order to plant themselves with the newest SGC and you can Atlantis, are kindred morale we were robbed of enjoying an event regarding on-monitor, however, which fic makes up because of it. It actually was my personal regard this season, and you will read it and then make they your own clean out as well.

As to why So it Need to be See: Powderpuff had myself on “blacksmith Teyla”, but there is such to love about this tale. Age is out of their own breadth thinking of moving good prairie urban area, but she drops in both love and you may to your yet another lifestyle. It’s an enjoying, warm Au that i go back to when I am inside a great fluffy, western temper.

Why Which Must be Realize: December are 30 days away from presents, and you will I’m reccing gift suggestions: This is exactly one of my femslashex gifts using this year’s round. One another have been delightful (and you can both have been from the abydosorphan , certainly one of my personal close friends, merely so that you learn), but this is actually the Stargate fic. Kate/Elizabeth is among the most my of numerous favorites from SGA fandom, and something of the rarest of those, unfortuitously given up given that – well, cannon. This might be an initial, quiet cut out of Kate’s contemplative early morning where she ponders how she got as high as Atlantis and Age Weir. It’s sweet observe Kate composed as a character rather than a story tool for an individual else’s relationships, and nice way she and E match per other’s worlds so you’re able to interlock their lives to one another.
