The default setting is to utilize the Room Numbering template and the Sheet Format created by the Revit project, however, a different sheet name and style may be selected from the Tool Options tab. This reduces the amount needed for manual rework for different dimensions and types of rooms.

The tab ‘Naming’ allows users to choose whether the chosen room/space is included in the Sheet Name text box that appears on the left side of the screen. ‘View Name:’ specifies the text that appears in the title bar of every view, while the ‘View Increment’ option specifies the number increments between each view when placed on the sheet. The ‘Spacing’ option lets you to alter the spacing between each view.
